Maleema’s strength comes from its well-established supply chain, working closely with farmers, handloom weavers, and local women artisans. Over the past three years, Srinithyaa has trained and empowered these women, building strong community-based artisan networks.
This initiative offers rural women dignified livelihoods and supports the preservation of traditional crafts.Demonstrating her commitment to ethical practices, Srinithyaa became a certified fashion lawyer, gaining expertise in fashion rights, sustainability regulations, intellectual property (IP), and ethical manufacturing, enabling her to advocate effectively from a legal standpoint.
Currently, she is excelling as a sustainability consultant for government agencies, advising on projects such as implementing circular fashion systems, developing artisan uplift programs, and exploring agro-waste-based technical textiles.
Her mission is to blend tradition with innovation, promote regenerative business models, and elevate Indian sustainable fashion on a global platform.
