Resume Building Workshop: Shaping Job-Ready Professionals”The Department of Management conducted a very interactive “Resume Building Workshop” for final-year management students, with the aim of assisting them in developing resumes that meet the requirements of today’s competitive job market.

The session gave students hands-on advice, real-life examples, and expert views on how to build a effective resume. Some of the major topics covered included bringing out achievements, using relevant skills, highlighting internships and projects in a favourable light, and tailoring resumes according to various job positions.

The students also learned about most common resume mistakes and how to make their own profiles more attractive to recruiters. The interactive nature engaged the students to actively discuss and receive feedback on their own resumes.

The workshop was well-received, with students reporting that it provided them with the confidence and clarity required to present themselves professionally and gain a better chance of getting their dream jobs.
