Expert Session of Gamification organized by AIHE, Axis Colleges Learning by Doing: Gamified Approaches in Management Studies,” organized by AIHE under the umbrella of Axis Colleges, aims to introduce management students to Gamification and experiential learning as transformative methods for enhancing both academic excellence and professional preparedness.

The session will demonstrate how interactive, game-based and activity-oriented learning strategies enable students to apply theoretical management concepts to real-life business situations, thereby strengthening their analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making and leadership abilities.

By inspiring active participation, creativity and reflective learning, this initiative seeks to move beyond traditional classroom practices and develop future-ready managers who can confidently and innovatively navigate complex managerial environments under the expert guidance of Dr. Shekhar Trivedi.
