Organizing an Awareness Drive at AIHE to Empower Young Women Through Holistic Wellness

To raise awareness of the value of holistic well-being among female students, Axis Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), a division of Axis Colleges, created a significant awareness campaign called “Empowering Young Women Through Holistic Wellness.” The program was created to encourage students to embrace sustainable and balanced lifestyle practices while raising awareness of mental, emotional, and physical health.

The primary purpose of the drive was to highlight the significance of preventative healthcare, stress management, and timely medical consultation. The program’s main goal was to give young women the information and helpful advice they needed to take charge of their general well-being and long-term personal and professional development.

Dr. Monica Sachdeva, Senior IVF Consultant and Medical Director, served as the session’s notable resource. She provided an interesting and engaging discussion on different facets of women’s health, including common health concerns, preventive care, reproductive health knowledge, and emotional well-being. Additionally, she addressed a number of myths and misconceptions about women’s health and stressed the significance of routine checkups and early diagnosis.

Students were encouraged to raise questions and openly address their problems in a secure and encouraging setting due to the participatory nature of the program. Dr. Sachdeva offered helpful advice on how to make wise decisions and take care of oneself in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, reduce stress, and boost confidence.

The session was really empowering and educational for the students. The awareness campaign effectively promoted increased transparency regarding women’s health concerns and reaffirmed the significance of holistic wellbeing in daily life.

Through such activities, AIHE continues to demonstrate its dedication to student welfare and empowerment by encouraging awareness, knowledge, and healthy living practices among young women.
