Learning beyond lectures: Gamified Approaches in Management Studies for Real-World Impact is a dynamic and immersive academic initiative organized by AIHE under the aegis of Axis Colleges, aimed at redefining how management education is experienced by students.

The program introduces learners to gamification and experiential learning as powerful, learner-centric pedagogical approaches that go beyond rote learning and passive instruction.

Through interactive simulations, management games, role plays, case-based activities, and team challenges, the session enables students to actively engage with core management concepts and apply them to realistic business situations.

By “learning through doing,” participants gain deeper conceptual clarity while developing practical insights into decision-making, strategic thinking, collaboration, and leadership.
