Students learned that Change management is defined as the process of planning, implementing, and regulating changes to an organization’s systems, processes, policies, or procedures. It is a systematic strategy for moving individuals, teams, and organizations from their current state to their intended future state. They also learned the ideas and stages of change management to attain desired results.
