Commodity Exchange in India Workshop- AIHE

Axis Colleges hosted a session titled “Commodity Exchange in India: Trends and Insights” for its management students.
Mr. Sunil Mishra from U.P. Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd had taken this session.
During the session, students explored facets of India’s commodity exchange, including IPO surges, price regulation, trade policies, economic factors, and various commodities.
They learned about the influence of economics and politics on Indian commodity trading and the impact of international prices on domestic markets.
He emphasized importance of regulatory policies, such as price regulation.
Students gained hands-on experience with trading strategies, from hedging to arbitrage.
This session provided a comprehensive understanding of India’s commodity exchange intricacies.
