Axis Colleges organized an enlightening session on “Uncovering the Role of HR in Business” for its management students.
Dr. Monika Shah our Assistant Professor took this enlightening session.
Students gained valuable insights into various HR functions, processes, and policies that contribute to a productive work environment through engaging activities.
They explored various areas, such as – recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, and safety.
In this hands-on session, our students learned how HR cultivates a positive culture, fosters belonging, and nurtures purpose among employees.
This experience has illuminated the crucial role of HR in building a thriving business and effectively managing HR functions.
