Industrial visit to Lohia Corp

In order to develop our future leaders ,Axis Colleges has organized an Industrial visit to Lohia Corp for BBA students to inculcate practical Learning .
During the industrial visit, students gain insight into how experts conduct themselves at work and they practice several industry-specific ideas like benchmarking, quality analysis, just-in-time production, etc. Students gain knowledge about how experts manage hundreds of workers simultaneously while upholding the organization’s quality standards and objectives. Also, they discover how the various professional groups—including employees, engineers, and managers—cooperate to accomplish a shared objective. The significance of the kaizen skill and methods for boosting employee morale were taught to the pupils.
