Interpersonal Effectiveness with a Paradigm Shift of Perception Management

With the spirit of understanding proportional balancing between awareness and acceptance, today an enthusiastic Pep Talk on “Interpersonal Effectiveness with a Paradigm Shift of Perception Management” was organized at Axis Colleges for the members of faculty. The session was led by respected Dean – Training & Development, Dr. Garima Williams who enlightened the audience on how the development of interpersonal skills in self results in the perception management.
The session highlighted on developing the muscle in learning vocabulary through mnemonics and graphical aspect, putting expertise over the importance of handling communication barriers by following the 5-step methodology.
The session flow included several activities where the importance of pronunciation and punctuation were highlighted. The session was highly energetic and closed with a question & answer forum.
