J.K. Cancer Hospital Visit

Wings Pharmakon Society of Axis institute of Pharmacy under Axis Colleges has organized a visit for Pharmacy Scholars on the occasion of World Cancer Day on February 4th,2023.
Theme: “Close the care gap”
The theme focuses on understanding the inequities in cancer care, The visit was held at J.K. Cancer Hospital, Kanpur for Pharmacy scholars where they distributed fruit baskets for 110 Cancer patients as a token of care.
Dr. S.N. Prasad Director, J.K. Cancer Hospital spreads awareness about cancer causes, symptoms, treatment, and precautions mainly about Breast cancer, Mouth cancer, and Uterus cancer that needs more attention. He appreciated student volunteers for their efforts about the cause.
