AIPM, under the aegis of Axis Colleges, organised BIZQUEST 2026, an engaging experiential learning activity designed to connect management concepts with practical business situations and encourage students to think like future managers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
The activity provided students with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges. Through engaging tasks and business situations, students analysed problems, identified opportunities, evaluated alternatives, and developed strategic solutions. This practical approach helped them understand how different areas of management work together in achieving organisational goals.
Students learned the importance of planning, organising, decision-making, leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic thinking in effective management. They also gained an understanding of how managers analyse situations, allocate resources, manage teams, respond to challenges, and make informed decisions in a dynamic business environment.
BIZQUEST 2026 encouraged students to develop a managerial mindset by looking at business challenges from multiple perspectives. The activity strengthened their ability to think critically, work collaboratively, communicate ideas, and take responsible decisions. It also highlighted the importance of creativity, adaptability, innovation, and effective leadership in managing organisations successfully.
By participating in the activity, students experienced how management theories and concepts can be transformed into practical skills. The competitive and collaborative environment further enhanced their confidence, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively under challenging situations.
