The workshop began with an in-depth discussion on the current job opportunities in pharmacy, addressing the existing demand-supply gap in the industry. The speakers emphasized the importance of developing key skills such as data analytics and decision-making, which are essential for meeting industry expectations and securing rewarding placements.

A core message conveyed during the session was the need for students not just to be the “next” professional in the field but to become innovators, game-changers, and pioneers. The experts highlighted that while education and experience open doors, true success in today’s fast-evolving pharmaceutical landscape depends heavily on mastering soft skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

The session also underscored the growing role of emerging technologies in the pharmaceutical industry and the necessity for students to stay adaptable and forward-thinking. These insights equipped students with a holistic understanding of what it takes to thrive professionally in this dynamic sector.
