Axis Colleges Successfully Conducts AI Module 3 Training for B.Pharm 3rd Year Students
Axis Colleges, in collaboration with the Institutions’ Innovation Council (IIC), proudly conducted a highly successful AI Module 3 training session from 15th to 21st April 2024. The week-long training was specifically curated for B.Pharm 3rd year students, aiming to equip them with essential Python programming and data analysis skills required to thrive in today’s data-driven world.
This initiative reflects Axis Colleges’ commitment to integrating emerging technologies into pharmaceutical education, ensuring that students are prepared to tackle modern challenges with the help of artificial intelligence and data science.
Throughout the training, students engaged in an immersive learning experience. The module started with a solid foundation in Python fundamentals, including variables, loops, functions, and conditionals. As the session progressed, learners explored advanced data structures such as lists, dictionaries, tuples, and sets—building blocks for efficient data handling and programming logic.
One of the key highlights of the training was hands-on experience in data analysis. Students worked with real-time datasets, applying techniques for data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization. They also learned how to interpret data trends, generate insights, and present their findings effectively using Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
By the end of the module, students had developed the confidence to write and debug Python code, perform complex data manipulations, and apply analytical thinking to real-world problems in pharmaceutical and healthcare contexts.
This training served as a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy among the participants.
