Educational Visit to CSIR–Central Drug Research Institute Ignites Research Aspirations among Axis Pharmacy Students
In alignment with its commitment to fostering a spirit of innovation and scientific curiosity, the Axis Institute of Pharmacy, under the aegis of Axis Colleges, organized a highly enriching educational visit to the CSIR–Central Drug Research Institute (CSIR-CDRI), Lucknow, on June 22, 2022. The visit was carefully planned to provide students with exposure to real-time research environments and cutting-edge developments in pharmaceutical science.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research – Central Drug Research Institute (CSIR-CDRI) is one of the premier research institutions in India, known for its contributions to drug discovery and biomedical research. With world-class infrastructure and an array of specialized departments, the institute plays a vital role in developing new therapeutic solutions for various diseases.
During the visit, students explored multiple research divisions and laboratories, including:
