Harsh Verma B.Tech CSE student of Axis Institute of Technology and Management -Axis Colleges, has bagged the opportunity with Sopra Banking Software with 8.5 LPA.
We are proud to say that Harsh Verma, a hardworking B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) student at Axis Institute of Technology and Management—Axis Colleges, has landed a great job with Sopra Banking Software, which pays ₹8.5 LPA. This achievement shows how good Harsh is at technology and how well Axis Colleges trains its students. Sopra Banking Software focuses on strong, scalable solutions for financial companies, and these skills fit right in with that.
The CSE curriculum at Axis Colleges is designed to cover basic topics like data structures, algorithms, computer networks, and operating systems. It is further enhanced by electives in cybersecurity, corporate architecture, and cloud platforms. In addition to these classes, Harsh led computer clubs and peer mentoring programs, which helped him improve both his technical and social skills.
Harsh got a detailed plan from our Training and Placement Cell on how to prepare for the interview. It included intense skill drills, mock interviews for system design, behavioral tests, and presentation workshops. He made sure he could talk about both his technical projects and job goals clearly by going to resume clinics and one-on-one mock HR rounds.
Harsh’s work with ICT Academy, Eduskills, and fintech companies helped him get certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Oracle Certified Java Programmer. He learned about agile development processes and domain-specific compliance standards during short-term internships at a banking technology incubator. This experience helped him stand out in the Sopra selection process.
Harsh will work at Sopra Banking Software to build and improve key banking modules, digital channels, and API ecosystems. He will work with teams from around the world, use the best secure coding techniques, and help create solutions that will help banks become more digital.
