 Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop For the Department of Axis Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) students, Axis Colleges planned a thoughtful and interesting Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Senior Project Engineer at the esteemed C3i Lab, IIT Kanpur, led the workshop and gave students a great chance to grow in critical thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving capacity.
Using methodical ideation approaches, the program concentrated mostly on developing a disciplined approach for spotting real-life problems, problem analysis, and creative solution generation. From his work at C3i Hub, one of India’s top research facilities under IIT Kanpur, Mr. Sanjay Kumar brought with him a great abundance of expertise in cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and technical innovation.
Students were exposed to key ideas such design thinking, root cause analysis, and mind mapping during the program so they might divide difficult problems into doable chunks. Emphasizing team-based projects where students cooperatively developed, assessed, and presented creative ideas tackling practical problems in fields including cybersecurity, smart infrastructure, and digital solutions, the workshop stressed

High degrees of student participation, hands-on case studies, and interactive Q&A sessions defined the workshop. It improved participants’ analytical and creative thinking skills as well as their way of approaching engineering challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
