Typodays – AIFT Axis Colleges recently held Typodays, a three-day event just for Fashion Design and Fine Arts students that was really motivating. The event was a lively way to celebrate creativity, design thinking, and artistic expression. It showed how committed Axis Colleges is to helping the future generation of creative professionals and visual storytellers.

Typodays was meant to be a lively mix of typography, visual art, and design sensibility that would inspire students to use letters, symbols, colors, and textures as tools for communication and new ideas. Students took part in a variety of carefully planned events over the course of three days. These included workshops, live demonstrations, exhibitions, interactive sessions, and design challenges that took place on the spot.

Experienced academics and guest artists led workshops on new typography trends, calligraphy techniques, digital illustration, branding aesthetics, and how to mix classic and modern art forms. These classes helped students improve their design skills and learn more about how type and visual identity are used in fashion and fine arts.

The student presentation was one of the best parts of Typodays. Participants showed off their original art and design work. The showcase showed an amazing range of creativity, from hand-drawn typographic posters and textile patterns to digital collages and mixed-media installations. Every piece offered a story that showed off the artist’s unique perspective, cultural identity, and artistic discipline.

There were also interactive panel discussions where students talked with teachers, designers, and alumni about things like establishing a portfolio, creative careers, and how art is changing in the internet age. These seminars let students see things from other points of view and encouraged them to think outside the box when it came to design.

Typodays was more than simply an event; it was a celebration of creativity, uniqueness, and motivation. It gave students in Fashion and Fine Arts a place to express themselves, try new things, and grow as designers and artists.

We at Axis Colleges think that the best way to learn about the creative arts is through hands-on, expressive, and collaborative activities. Typodays and other events like it show how committed we are to creating a campus culture where artistic ability is recognized, promoted, and celebrated.
