Civil Engineering Students Strengthen Communication Skills Through English Language LabStudents of Civil Engineering 2nd Year at Axis Institute of Technology and Management are actively participating in English Language Lab sessions, where they are enhancing their communication skills in a practical and interactive learning environment.

The sessions are conducted by Subhi Pandey, who is guiding students through structured activities focused on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. During the session, Class Coordinator Shreya Tiwari is also present and ensures smooth coordination and active participation of students.

The lab includes group discussions, role plays, presentations, and pronunciation practice, allowing students to experience real-life communication situations. The use of modern language lab tools and digital techniques is making the learning process engaging and effective.

Director Prof. Dr. Ashish Malik highlights that English Language Lab plays a vital role in shaping students for industrial readiness. He emphasizes that strong communication skills are essential in professional environments such as interviews, teamwork, client handling, and technical presentations.

He further adds that through such sessions, students are gaining practical exposure and learning skills that will directly benefit them in their industrial careers and future job opportunities. The initiative is proving to be highly beneficial as students are developing confidence, fluency, and clarity in communication.
