Educational Visit at CIMAP

Axis Colleges has organized a CIMAP, Lucknow visit for pharmacy students.
Students learned how to recognize a variety of commercially viable Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (MAPs) for Industry and Society.
Students had the opportunity to explore and gain practical knowledge during this visit as CIMAP is equipped with a multidisciplinary laboratory, Manav Garden, and ultra-modern instrumentation facilities used in the development of herbal products.
Students gained a practical understanding of pilot-scale processing units, extraction technologies for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (MAPs), and secondary metabolite analysis in plants.
