Axis Colleges celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The campus was abuzz with energy and positivity as we celebrated #InternationalYogaDay.
The theme “Yoga for Self and Society.” With expert guidance from Ms. Khushboo Sen and Mr. Manoj Tripathi, our students experienced the profound benefits of yoga.
Together, we embrace a holistic approach to health, emphasizing the balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Engaging students in various yoga practices, the event underscored yoga’s dual impact: nurturing personal growth, mental clarity, and physical vitality, while also promoting collective well-being, social cohesion, and a sense of unity.
