Axis Colleges organized an enriching Faculty Knowledge Sharing Program (FKSP) focusing on “Teaching Through Case Studies” and “Research & Publications: Pathway to Success in the Academic World,” led by Dr. Vipin Khurana, Dean, IBS-Gurgaon.
This program highlighted the powerful role that case studies play in connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.
Faculty members gained valuable insights into selecting cases that reflected current industry trends and resonated with students’ experiences, fostering deeper critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The program also introduced strategies for leading engaging discussions, enhancing student participation, and effectively assessing learning through case-based teaching.
This initiative by AIHE significantly enriched our faculty’s teaching methodologies, ensuring they are better equipped to prepare students for the complexities of their future careers.
