The Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering
organized “THE LAST SPARK” a heartwarming farewell on 28thApril for the graduating batch of 2026.
Event started with Third year students welcomed final year students and faculty members with Rose buds and then the event was inaugurated by respected HOD Ma’am Dr. Shubha Jain with a lamp lightning ceremony and followed by faculty members (Ms. Madhuri Singh, Mr. Shashank Agnihotri, Mr. Pradeep Singh Yadav and Mr. Suraj Agnihotri).
Ceremony was followed by a song, jokes, poetry and a ramp walk. Cake cutting and momento distribution ceremony is accompanied by the presence of the Dr. Subha Jain ma’am and HOD First year Dr.Vikas Srivastava, whose words of wisdom were the cherry on the cake.
Students enjoyed their day by participating in fun games organized- blow the candle, deliver the balloon. Mr. Avneesh Kumar and Mr. Ajay Singh Hada won the title of Mr. Farewell from ECE and EE Department respectively by winning maximum points in the ramp walk and games.
On this occasion, Chairman Mr. Raj Kushwaha Sir and Director Prof. Dr. Ashish Malik extended his heart full best wishes to all final year students and wish them great success in their future endeavors .
Such events are a heartfelt celebration that marks the end of a meaningful journey and the beginning of new opportunities. It gives everyone a chance to express gratitude, share memories, and appreciate the bonds built over time. Later it was dance, music and songs sung by students that made their day ever memorable.
