Visit to Furo Sports

In order to provide management students with hands-on experience, Axis Colleges has organized an Industrial visit to Furo Sports (House of Red Chief) on 20 May 2023.
Axians studied the 5s of kaizen, Sort (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shine (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), and Sustain (Shitsuke), provide a methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment. Japanese business philosophy says that the change is for the better or continuous improvement that concerns the process that continuously improves operations and involves all employees. They also learned that productivity improvement is a gradual and methodical process.
