Yoga and Mindfulness Session

In order to nurture the soul and body of our students, Axis Colleges organized a wonderful session on #yoga and #mindfulness for #management students.
Yoga is the ultimate act of harmony between one’s bodily life and spiritual conscience. Students learned that yoga promotes a healthy balance between the body and the mind. It is a powerful technique for improving concentration, cognition, and learning, and it also helps them to develop effective learning habits.
