D.Pharm First-Year Students Complete Educational Visit to FFDC, Kannauj
Kanpur | Students of D.Pharm First Year from the Axis Institute of Pharmacy, Axis Colleges successfully completed an educational visit to the Fragrance and Flavor Development Centre (FFDC), Kannauj, a nationally recognized institute dedicated to research and development in aroma and flavor sciences. The visit offered students an enriching exposure to the scientific and industrial aspects of fragrances and flavors.
During the visit, students were introduced to the complete process of essential oil extraction, including the transformation of natural aromatic raw materials into commercially viable products. They also observed various stages of perfume formulation, blending techniques, and advanced quality control and testing procedures used to maintain international standards.
