Mechanical Engineering Students Enhance Communication Skills Through English Language Lab Students of Mechanical Engineering 2nd Year and 3rd Year at Axis Institute of Technology and Management are actively participating in English Language Lab sessions, aimed at strengthening their communication skills in a practical and interactive learning environment.
The sessions are conducted by Subhi Pandey, who is guiding students through well-structured activities focused on improving their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. Class Coordinators is also present during the sessions, ensuring smooth coordination and encouraging active participation among students.
The lab sessions include group discussions, role plays, presentations, and pronunciation practice, providing students with exposure to real-life communication scenarios. The use of modern language lab tools and digital techniques makes the learning process more engaging, effective, and student-friendly.
Director Prof. Dr. Ashish Malik emphasized that the English Language Lab plays a crucial role in preparing students for industry demands. He highlighted that strong communication skills are essential for professional success, especially in areas such as interviews, teamwork, client interaction, and technical presentations.
He further added that such sessions provide practical exposure and help students develop essential skills that will benefit them in their future careers and job opportunities.
