Educational Tour to Varanasi

Axis Colleges organized an educational tour to Varanasi for Fashion students.
Axians attended the Technical Symposium, Handtex Fest of the Indian Institute of Handloom Technology. They visited Weavers Service Center to learn about the different textiles of Varanasi. In the Silk Mark Laboratory, they learn the varieties of silk and their making and testing process. In NITRA, they learn about the different varieties of loom. They also visited the NIFT extension center and get an interaction with the professional instrument of fashion.
